The 2nd round picks are NOT so so, and your missing a big component. Free Agency which Hurney has been an amateur.

And to answer the question, no. We haven't won. We're not the Chargers, a team who has great talent but can't win do to coaching. We had a mediocre coach with a majority of mediocre players.

I didn't say it was Hurney.

I said given this record, would you call him a successful GM?
