Hmmm, it was in response to a statement made by verge and swordcat.... Verge said his meetings went badly, but yet after those meetings we asked for more game tape from Blinn and talked with the OC two or three times in a week... Verge said he hadn't heard that, so I posted it for him to see...

very much doubt they would've asked for it if those meetings went that badly.

Not necessarily, bad meeting doesn't mean they'd write him off altogether. Being a one year wonder it makes perfect sense even if they're just doing their due diligence.

Here's why I still think he has a good chance to be drafted by us..

there's been some articles that teams have gotten past the issues of him in the past and just focusing on him developing at the next level.

Which leads to Rivera telling Warren Moon that he was completely sold on Newton as a passer.

The only question you can have now is if he can learn plays/audibles..I'm one that does.

I'll believe this until we draft someone else or trade. Some people don't want to believe it since they don't like his past transgressions/skillset and everyone's entitled to their opinion.
