Clausen not rolling over on being the starter

It's easier to place the blame on one person who plays the most important position rather than admitting the entire team sucked.

The team would have been bad with Moore at QB all year if he had not gotten hurt but lets be real here. A big part of why we were so terrible was poor quarterback play. Again that wasn't the only reason but he deserves more than his share.

Folks, it kills me to see how many of you have given up on a 23 year old QB--JOHN ELWAY sucked worse than Clausen as a rookie (both started about the same number of games) and he was the first overall pick. He is a Panther, you are Panther fans, but you HATE Panther players? We had a losing season. There were dozens of reasons not related to Clausen. Newsflash: We would have sucked with TOM BRADY as the QB. TOM BRADY would have sucked as a rookie in this crap. Get over yourselves. The best thing that could happen to the Panthers is BOTH become great! This is about winning football games, not about your inability to handle losing or a distorted addiction to the right to say "I told you so." Get off his ass! Most of you sucked in middle school football, but you think you are qualified to brutally attack a player on your favorite NFL team?

No Elway did not suck worse. Nor did Peyton Manning or any other name people like to throw around.

John Elway took less snaps than Clausen.....and Elway had phyical attributes Clausen flat out isn't blessed with. Elway had moments....like a 345 yard day w/ 3 TDs and O INTs. I mean to claim Elway was worse than Clausen.....AND be serious.....is crazy.

Clausen made it look like a crap situation. Matt Moore having 3 bad quarters isn't proof it was a situation no one could thrive in. Moore flat out missed some easy throws and made some horrible throws in that window......that wasn't Fox's fault or the OLs or Davidsons. Moore is hot and cold.....always has been.

Clausen didn't win in college....didn't beat anyone in college.....and even his high school career was a joke. He was very average on top of that in terms of his physical skill set. The implosion should of been seen coming (and is probably a good reason we got such a "steal").
