We're not stuck with Newton, he's going to be an excellent QB in the NFL given more than a handful of practices in his brief career.

On to Andrew Luck. The OP is correct in that if we are unfortunate enough (or in a twisted sort of way fortunate enough) to finish dead last this year the Panthers will be about to hold the greatest pre-draft NFL auction of all time. Who wants Luck at 22 million guaranteed? We'll bend some organization over hard for a slew of draft picks and address the real problems on the line of scrimmage and at the wideout position we saw tonight with our bounty of draft picks.

Andrew Luck will never mean anything to the Panther organization other than a slim chance of one day serving as an end to a means.
