The event is November 12th.

There's also a lot of talk that Overeem met with the Zuffa people this week, and there's speculation that he'll be on that card. The only big name heavyweight really without anything going on currently is Mir. Overeem vs. Mir would be a good fight for Fox. Or Carwin.

I think Clay Guida vs. Ben Henderson would be a good one for that card, too.

Yeah, which is exactly what they want with this first FOX event. They have to come out of the gate swinging.

Which is why I think Carwin vs. Overeem would be kind of perfect. What person of sound mind is going to see two 260lbs silverbacks wailing on one another and say "Boring, what else is on?"

Also, I can't help but think that Tito is going to be involved somewhere because he has marginal crossover appeal. Hopefully not Tito vs. Franklin because that would put everyone to sleep.

      I’m really having a hard time understanding how this actually went down. -Renfrow expected to make roster as 2nd/3rd string. -Panthers cut Renfrow; Keep Brycen Tremayne, and add UDFA receiver (Dalevon Campbell) to active roster.  -Canales/Morgan say it’s totally up to Hunter whether he wants to come back or not, they would love to have him.    -Renfrow not signed to PS -Panthers trade Adam Thielen -Hunter Renfrow signed to active roster with a raise after an injury to Coker nobody heard about and is likely to start.    Our WR room is now: -Xavier Legette (2024 1st round pick) -Tet McMillan (2025 1st round pick) -Hunter Renfrow (1 year out of the league) -David Moore (Canales’ friend? A guy way past his prime) -Jimmy Horn (Likely a Shi Smith reprint, but has potential 2025 6th round pick, weighs 174 lbs) -Brycen Tremayne (2023 UDFA who was on Washington’s PS for 2 years and caught 1 pass for -2 yards and averaged 300 yards per year at Stanford) -Dalevon Campbell (2025 UDFA had a good preseason but had 1463 yards and 3 TDs over 5 college seasons at 3 different schools). What the hell is going on?

      Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
