Our defense will look very interesting to say the least.. Hopefully for the better. At least Godfrey has looked very solid in preseason.

Peyton Hillis runnng at almost full speed will knock over anyone that hits him shoulder-to-shoulder while standing still... physics. Godfrey was guilty of not going for the ankles, but ugly as it was I don't fault him for the outcome given the circumstances. 70-80% of NFL defenders (and 99.9% of DBs) would be bowled over in that situation as well.

You guys are too hard on Godfrey. He isn't a pro bowler but God, even when he does good things half of you just poo poo it.

I'm gonna laugh when he moves full time to corner and stud muffins it up.

It wouldn't surprise me if Denver had a better defense this year than Carolina. You all like to rag on Fox, but he was and is a hell of a good coach.

i been screaming for a while that Godfrey needs to go back to original position which is CB.i like him coming up playing the nickel makes more sense because him in space sacres the hell out of me.
