I passed through a town in massachusetts a few weekends ago that was having a "Toll Drive" where two people stood in the middle of the road with buckets for change. wtf.

Thats a fuggin good way to get yourself killed.. no way that's legal.

The only way id give money to a begger is if he agreed to sign a contract stating that i owned his soul once the payment was recieved.
