.............need some help on making reservations to the Super Bowl.

Seems price gouging is in full effect at all the motels/hotels(as to be expected), so could someone give me the names of some of the surrounding city's no more than half an hour away from the stadium, and possible good places to stay, good areas please.

Some I have talked to even have 5 night minimum stay now, at about 600 bucks a night! :eek:

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and let's not turn this into smack please, I really could use some help in this.

We have a friend that lives in Tampa. I'll have my hubby call him and ask about some little towns close by to stay. If the panthers make it, we've already called dibs on his couch. Hell, I'll stay in his camper.
