At Least We've Still Got James Anderson.

When was the last time Anderson actually made a "play". I'm not talking about a tackle. I am talking about how many times does he have a drive changing play? *crickets*

Shame on you for looking at stats and saying Anderson is playing at/above Beason's level.

His sacks, broken up passes, third down open field tackles, tackles for 5 yard losses, etc? This has nothing to do with stats.

I'm honestly surprised that I'm the only one who fully appreciates what James has done over the past few seasons.

Davis had less than half a season playing at a very high level before tearing his ACL for the first time, and people rate him higher than Anderson? I don't understand the Huddle logic.

not rating him as a higher value. I'd much rather have 2 James Anderson's than one TD and one JA. When TD's healthy he is more of a game changer, quicker, harder hitter, better hands/coverage. There is just nothing spectacular about JA. He's dropped at least 3-4 cake INTS that Beason would have never dropped.

Again, let's consider them broken up passes rather than dropped picks.

And you don't need to be spectacular to play linebacker. It's not a glam and glitz position. It's all about solid, consistent play. James is always around the ball, he never misses tackles, and he's proving himself as a leader.
