Well, in the Delhomme case they used the uncapped year to unload a lot of bad contracts without having to deal with any backlash from cap hits. We're not going to have that option this time around.

Yeah, the Delhomme move, to dump his contract in uncapped year, was very smart (after being a very stupid re-signing!). I hope they learned something from that, but after all of the contracts doled out this year, not sure they did.
