Ummm....I would like to know why you believe this?

If players are on the sideline laughing and joking around while they're losing, and nobody on the staff is trying to do anything about it, that screams lack of discipline. Add to that that Erickson has to be nothing more than a lame duck coach at this point.

Uh it was Burfict and a couple other guys that have been referred to as his "posse" all year. That's not really on Erickson....
