Tebow Fined for "Billboard Incident"

UPDATE 4:41 p.m. ET: As several of you have pointed out, and as I had forgotten, The Golden Calf of Bristol said on September 15 that he’d rather the money spent on the billboard be donated to his charitable foundation. “Well, I guess I appreciate the support, you know, but we got people in charge here that we trust and trust they’re going to do the right thing,” The Golden Calf of Bristol said. Apparently, the fines arose not after the billboard that prompted The Golden Calf of Bristol’s September 15 comments was displayed, but after another billboard went up.

If this is true, then I have no respect for Orton or Quinn. The Golden Calf of Bristol speaks out against one billboard and another pops up and he gets fined by his peers for not speaking out about it. Should he just schedule a recurring press conference to condemn everything that complete strangers do? Hey, other QBs, perhaps if you hadn't started the season 1-4 or could play a little better, the fans wouldn't have wanted to see you benched (or traded).

Yes...Those are the same folks who petitioned and demanded Tim to be given a chance. So, it wasn't a coincidence that a bill-board went put aiding him and Tim knew it. His worshippers quickly dismissed both the other QB without really given them a chance but they are more than willing to allow The Golden Calf of Bristol as much as as he needs to get it right.

I bet if it was any other QB, they'd be called selfish but we all know this is The Golden Calf of Bristol.

    • Ickey still out? He good?
    • You're acting like Bryce put him out for the game and the week when that play happened at 4:01 in Q2. Renfrow was targeted four more times after that. Plus, a hospital ball is a poorly placed pass that puts the receiver in a dangerous position to take a big hit by being late or inaccurate.  Ball is out an on its way here. The catch is made at the 25yd line on the hash. Renfrow jumps for no reason and is airborne when he's hit. Bryce doesn't drift him over in front of the safety on the throw and as we can see from the capture that he had the right read. Could he have also waited a little longer for XL to pop up over the middle on the in route? You won't hear me disagree with that. Would have also likely netted more YAC than Renfrow would've considering positioning and momentum for both players. I like that option better than the one he took, but you're also not going to see me make 10 different threads about it like we've seen this week. 😮 Also worth noting that while Renfrow didn't need to jump for that ball that he did run a beautiful route to get open.
