Now, it's nothing more than a silly mock draft pretending every player in the NFL was available to be drafted, but according to the writer it does have input from what the NFL community as a whole feels about a player and his future:

Also, as much as this may pain some of you, these selections were compiled with the help of some of pro football's sharpest minds: respected general managers, personnel experts and coaches. These men have a pretty good idea of how current and prospective NFL players are valued in their world, and that helps distinguish this draft from any amateurish imitation that may turn up in the cyber-universe from time to time.

And so, Rodgers would go first, and Cam would go second.

Cam Newton, QB: Jeff Fisher's most fulfilling years as a head coach came in tandem with the late, great Steve McNair – a big-bodied, athletic quarterback who developed into a savvy field general. Newton, coming off a record-setting rookie season, looks like McNair 2.0, and the kid is just getting started. Consider that Newton accomplished all he did in 2011 after just a single year in a non-NFL-style collegiate offense, and without the benefit of an offseason. Am I saying that Newton, 22, is the second best football player on earth? Of course not. But his combination of talent, athleticism and potential is staggering, and I believe Fisher snaps him up in this scenario. The coach doesn't get much of an argument from his newly hired general manager, either: Les Snead, after all, is a former Auburn tight end.

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
