I have a pair of reebok yourflex's. Lightest, most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned, I can barely tell that they're there. They breath so good its like being barefoot... Plus, my back doesn't bother me like it was before. Not too bad for $65.

Here's a novel idea: try wearing your boat shoes on a boat. Water splashed on-board tends to wash the shoes.
