why don't most people like rap? cause there isn't anything new being said that wasn't already said 30 years ago...also the fact that most rap promotes violence and living like a dumbass your entire life.

To each his own, no big deal. Though I haven't heard one song from any genre that has something new to say.

Theres good music and bad music just like good rap and bad rap, but theres a lot more music put out these days due to the gradual increase in the ease of communications that happens every year. That means more bad music in general since its just about as easy to get into now as it is to get a job at your local BK. Tools have gotten easier to use to produce as well.
