People always think other fans (Steelers, Giants) are better, but when they have down years(infrequent as they are), fan support is not as fervent as when they are winning. As a previous poster said, they have a tradition of winning, so when they are down, there is a reasonable expectation that they will get better soon. We are still not there yet.

On Sunday, I expect the crowd to be pumped early. After that, if the team gives the same flat effort, like Fox-era teams, as last week, the support will quiet. I think the team does have some responsibility to help maintain the support and enthusiasm from the fans.
