Yep. I have said plenty of times, if he isn't targeted he is never out of the mix and still makes a play in the blocking game. That's what I like about him and LaFell.

not sure what the hand movements are, but many players have little things they do like that before they do something on the field. a lot of basketball players will do stuff with the ball before a free throw. in baseball a lot of pitchers will do things with the ball before they pitch and batters will do stuff with the bat to get themselves set up, and that's all it is. something that players do to get themselves set. it really doesn't matter anywhere except for in their heads and it's something that they probably don't notice they do, but if they don't do it they will seem a little off balance.

Having his hands move in a circular motion is preparing him to beat the jam at the line of scrimmage. Also to get off a quick step. Think of a boxer, always bouncing round the ring before he strikes. The only thing Murph can move while at the line, he can't bounce like a boxer.
