NFL Network on iPhone Questions...

My mother has an iphone and I asked if I could borrow her phone tonight so I can watch the game. So I have some questions for those of you that have NFL mobile on your iphone.

How much is it?

Is it really just like watching it on TV or is it just a scoreboard and highlight update?

Is there a cord to buy to hook it up to your hdtv and if so, how much?

Is the quality good?

I had the Android version until it didn't work with my new Nexus. IIRC it was just the scoreboard/highlight update and not live streaming of the game. I could be wrong.

Its live streaming if you subscribe. 5 or 10 a month I think. Just a scoreboard and highlights otherwise. The video is good so I imagine the quality of the game would be too.

It's $5 per month thru Verizon. It's just like watching it on TV...except the screen is only 3.5". The picture is crystal clear though. I tried to use my iphone component cables with the app and it wouldnt work. I also heard it wouldnt work with Apple Iplay either.

Verizon and NFL are in bed together, so you must subscribe to Verizon in order to get NFL mobile app. I imagine you can cancel the video streaming service after the game, but will probably still have to pay five dollars for the first month minimum.

I'd be happy to spend 5-10 dollars for today. However, she doesn't have enough data space for the app as she called Verizon and they told her. Looks like I'll just have to settle for an internet link.
