cam and the no huddle

was cam running a no huddle for most of the tolbert TD drive? i didnt watch the game but i read that he was for that specific drive. leads me to the question if there are any splits out there with cam's stats in a huddle vs no huddle offense? i haven't seem him do it often so what do you guys think of cam running more of the no huddle instead of chud's cutesy wutesy play calling? basically im just curious on your guys opinion on cam and his past experience with the no huddle and mow much success has he had in the past with it compared to scripted plays(mostly with chud)?

Its called a 2 min offense that was helped by penalties

i just meant in general, like when cam is calling the shots compared to when chud is calling them.. not just that drive (im sure chud made the call to throw it 3 times in the EZ) but throughout his career

That is something Cam will eventually do more of. They have so much on his plate right now with the zone option reads to let him do much no huddle. My guess is it was a series of scripted plays comming out of halftime. A lot of it was running the ball. As Cam gets better at reading defenses it will be a good thing to do more of eventually. Right now he just isn't ready to play Peyton Manning at the LOS.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
