Kalil doesn't have a Captain patch, he must not be a leader.

One question for you....

If we had drafted Gabbert and he had the following stats, would you still be supporting him?

1. 8-18 record

2. No 4th quarter comebacks

3. 47% completion percentage and 56 QB rating in the last two minutes of a half.

4. The majority if his rookie stats in the first 8 games.

5. More fumbles than TD passes in his soph season

The ONLY reason that you and KT support Cam is because of the color of his skin. It is as simple as that.

hmmmm.....insinuating that russell was more respected in oakland than cam is here.

Cam just came off a record setting rookie season.

He was not voted captain. Vet players have said multiple times that there are NO leaders on thus offense.

Yet, the Cam Fanboys and resident racists' only argument is.... Thevrestbif the team is intimidated by his greatness and/or now being a team captain means nothing.

There aren't many people on this board who will go out of their way to vehemently criticize one particular player on our team. Yet he repeatedly calls out other posters for having racial motivations behind them not willing to discredit their quarterback at every opportunity. MadHatter you seem like a smart guy but you should really consider evaluating your own self more and less a professional athlete you don't even know.

      I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.

      Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
