haha nice...

My 8th grade algebra teacher was a TopCat from 96-03...she was the captain of the TopCats the year we went to the Super Bowl, and went to the Pro Bowl.

We still keep in touch, she's a great (not to mention, beautiful and smart) woman. She sent me a signed picture from the Pro Bowl...like I want her signature :-)

her name is Laura Jobe, Zod or someone may know her...

I know Laura through her dad Tal. She used to come to the tailgate parties for WF football games with her husband. Like all of Tal's family she is nothing but class.

You were at Crestdale, weren't you? My son was there then too. Miss Jobe looked completely different at school than she did on the field. Even had glasses at school.

I'll take a look at the one closest to me shinner tomorrow (same one the bikes came from). They have a pretty lousy selection of merchandise though, but because of that, they might have one. They don't have a section altogether - so most likely a winter beanie will be with winter hats instead of other panthers stuff. If you've found one, fine - if not, fine too.

      No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad

      I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.

      Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible.
