Nothing like way overpaying for a player will be 30 in November. Not even an elite player.

Did for the pass rush and turnover ability. 35 sacks and 9 FF over the last three years. Pair him with Jarret Johnson, Antawn Barnes and Melvin Ingram and that's a nasty pass rush from a solid group of 3-4 OLB's.

Not elite? Watch your mouth man.

He's a 3x Pro Bowler. Racked up 44 sacks and 13 FF the last four years. How is that not "elite"? Clueless

By that rate, Charles Johnson is an elite pass rusher. 33 sacks over the last 3 years, 11 per year just like Hali. And I'm pretty sure that most people on here would not call Charles Johnson an elite pass rusher. Elite pass rushers are guys who get around 15 sacks per season, Demarcus Ware, JJ Watt, Aldon Smith, Von Miller, and maybe a couple of others are elite, Tamba Hali does not deserve to have his name mentioned with those players.

      The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us.
