Wouldn't Von have a case against the NFL though? Colorado has legalized marijuana and Miller has eye sight issues (supposedly).

RG3 and AP, however, I do believe took PEDs. Nobody comes back from a severe injury of that magnitude THAT quick. Some of the greatest athletic freaks didn't. "Medical Advancements" indeed. Look at Brandon Roy (stud guard), his career was shorten for returning so soon after knee surgery by what? 7-8 years?

No, it's still against the NFL's rules. There are plenty of things that you and me can ingest legally that are against the NFL's rules.

Something I read today mentioned the NFL not doing anything in 2011 because they didn't want to do anything to derail the cash cow that was Tebowmania. Of course this is someone's wild speculation, but that doesn't mean it's not a plausible line of thinking.

As mentioned upthread 2011 was his first offense, so they probably just gave him a warning, which I'm guessing they wouldn't disclose due to CBA/union rules.
