This is an embarrassment to professional sports. Real getting away with everything and both clubs are more concerned with whining about someone looking at them wrong than actually playing.

 

To be fair, Costa was diving all over the pitch, but yea it was ugly today.

Either way were in second and y'all will be fighting it out with the spurs again. Gerrard told him wed be in the top 4 and I'm sure he'd rather play with Sturridge than a bunch of midfielders.

Fox, apparently from Liverpool owner himself. It don't matter who's 3rd and who's 4th the fact is Liverpool broke the law and I won't be surprise if Wenger files with UEFA. UEFA will take it seriously because it effected this year end results and team did not honor it's contract and hold player hostage. I won't be shocked if Liverpool gets removed from CL for next year.

But that's only if Wenger files.

John W. Henry said there was a "buyout clause" in Suarez contract. Multiple lawyers, including a lawyer hired by the FA took a look at the contract and said it did NOT say the club MUST sell. It said that is the point where the club must inform the player of the bid.

      I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.

      Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
