The Charlotte Bobcats have signed rookie guard Gerald Henderson, the No. 12 overall pick in the NBA draft, to his rookie-scale contract.

He'll be with the Bobcats for the next two seasons, and they'll have team options on him the following two seasons. Because the Cats are not fielding a summer-league team, he's slated to play with the Timberwolves in Vegas.
