Barnes is a powerful dunker & has a lot more bounce than people think.

Probably him or George.

LeBron is a punk for never doing this. He's scared of losing.

Forgot to mention the new rules in my post. Here they are for those that don't know.

Teams will split up into East Vs West.

First round will be a free style competition where each dunker will have 90 seconds to make as many dunks as possible.

Second round will be a series of head to head battles with the loser being eliminated from the competition. The first conference to win three battles is the winning team.

The overall dunk champion will be voted on by fans.

Besides the one year Gerald Wallace played in the all-star game, have the Charlotte Bobcats had anybody represent them on all-star weekend? The 3 point contest, dunk contest, skills challenge, even the unwatched celebrity game where Bobcats fans could have witnessed Kemba pass a ball to the U.S. Secretary of Education? Are our players even allowed in the arena? Sheesh.

I figured the NBA would find a way to let every team get represented somehow. At least that is how it seemed to be growing up.

    • That's fair, but I've also never said you can't enjoy a win, there is a big difference between enjoying a win and sticking your head in the sand about our issues, which is what so many who are "just enjoying the win because of how bad we've been lately" are doing. You can enjoy a win while also seeing the realities, and if you're a fan who can just enjoy those wins, more power to you.  But I'd prefer to see improvement over bad wins, and sure, I'd rather see wins and improvement in the same game, but if that's not an option, give me improvement in a loss over frustration in a win. I genuinely don't understand why that's a controversial take, as I'm literally rooting for the thing that will help us contend faster, even if that won't be very fast.
    • Yeah. Pretty obvious there. One thing I saw less of than normal (my perception) is the behind the LOS attempts.
    • The irony here is interesting You say the change won't happen overnight, so you're good with enjoying the wins despite not showing actual improvement. You're right, it's not going to change overnight, which is why so many of us are rooting for seeing improvement right now over bad wins right now, because you have to start somewhere if you ever hope to improve. Winning ugly doesn't help us in the future, but showing improvement would
