New Goodwill find...Toy Story edition. $$$

I'm beating myself up a little... Had a chance to buy one of these at the local Goodwill for $20... Had my eye on it because of the prepper in me as well as the quality of the bag itself... I walked away, went back a couple days later after I decided to get it, and found that someone else had already snagged it...

Granted, the one at Goodwill was an empty bag with all the pouches, but those still go for over $100 on ebay...

What's that worth?

I'm gonna get my guy who's an expert on vintage toy story dolls. Yeah he says this is worth no more than 15 dollars without a certificate of authenticity. And I mean that's what I'd have to sell it for at the most in that case and I'm in the business to make money. Tell you what, I can give you $2.39 for it.
