Between those 4 and Barno needing to be active for special teams reasons how was Clowney gonna get his reps? Good on the front office for pulling the band aid off now because I guarantee you by mid-season Clowney would be complaining about playing time and production exactly like he did in Cleveland. Clowney needs to learn that teams view him as a productive veteran stop gap with attitude issues and no team is building their edge room around him.

Evero is on the hot seat so taking a shot on Walker was too much of a risk . He got two edge rushers that fit his scheme better . Also Young has all he weapons to improve his game . If he does not then he is out the door as well . Go Panthers
