  1. Did that days ago. But you can bet I'm enjoying two days of being in first place in December! Might be another decade before we enjoy it again.
  2. Getting left out in favor of less-deserving Alabama is an honor bestowed upon a new team every year. Miami should take pride in back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time in decades. As long as this doesn't cripple their program like it did FSU, they should be able to go for another one next year. And, being someone who also likes to see Miami do well but knows its penchant for horribly timed losses, there's a great chance they don't find a way to beat UVa or Duke last night regardless of the matchup on paper.
  3. The term “Jordon Hudson coaching tree” isn’t tossed around often enough.
  4. He's probably referring to the people online mad that Duke was in it instead of Miami. I mean, Miami's the best team in the ACC regardless of tonight's result. But the programs agreed to this set of rules and tiebreakers in advance, the system ended up in Duke's favor and they won a tough game against a favored opponent (by bookmakers and the conference) to win their first ACC title since The Simpsons premiered.
  5. Alabama could go 6-6 and they’d still get in. Games don’t mean a thing.
  6. if you take away his deep throws, he never once threw a deep pass. And that's who they picked??
  7. David Carr helped the Panthers win as recent as 2010.
  8. A great season by Ole Miss standards will also get you canned at LSU.
  9. "Panther fan" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.
  10. Derrick Coleman and Kenny Anderson would like a word.
  11. Charles Lee is indeed a pretty trash coach. I was willing to give the guy a while, but I really don't think any roster could win with an albatross in such a vital role. That said, it feels great to win back-to-back games for what feels like the first time in years! Kon took a calculated risk with that game-tying three with 10 seconds left against the Raptors, but it worked out perfectly.
  12. I'm so thrilled for this win! Proud of Canales for staying aggressive, proud of Bryce for some clutch throws on third and fourth down, proud of Coker for making big catches, proud of Chuba for stepping up big, proud of Mike Jack for a pick-six, proud of T-Mac for making his one catch count, proud of Brown for being a legend on defense yet again, proud of the whole team.
  13. Weird stance. You hate a dude because of his personality, when there's nothing bad about it? There's more than a handful of people on here who need to take a step away from the ledge with this guy. Makes me fear for his safety at the holidays.
  14. That happened to me once as well, but it wasn't immediately after. I was knocked out going for a fumble in a youth football game (don't remember the hit or the play but remember waking up soon after). I came to, obviously went out of the game for good and probably 20, 30-ish minutes later I was throwing up. My parents took me to the hospital, I took some tests and was OK'd. But it can definitely be a serious thing. Hope he's alright. No sense in rushing back to make a 41-13 game a 34-13 game.
  15. THIS pushed you over the edge? Hell, a six-win season is great under Tepper.
  16. Well I guess another stupid goal-line play call won't end up making much of a difference in the end, but Canales needs to look at his decision-making tonight because it was fuging abysmal. I want to like Dave, but good lord at the times he goes full retard. Twice now you have a power back you ignore and you piss away eight fuging points in a game you're down by eight! Taking points off the board to chase more is something a compulsive gambler or porn addict would do. Hmm...
  17. Great drive, great throw from Bryce to T-Mac, and then Canales went into Dumb Dave Mode again.
  18. I’ll say this, Bryce Young and Dave Canales have a lot in common.
  19. He’s been bad but his LT negated a 12-yard first down that killed the first drive and his WR dropped an open first down that killed the third. Total team effort again.
  20. Alright it’s 7-3. How do you respond? Because I’ve got an idea for what’s coming.
