I’ll play the optimist: The o-line is a top 10 unit and opens running holes that even I could run through. We average 5 YPC on the ground regardless of who is carrying the rock. That makes QB play better, and allows our athletic TEs to play in space rather than help block. The offense will be much improved. Chinn will have a Jamal Adams type year playing closer to the LOS on most plays from the SS spot, while Woods provides great back end help at FS that we haven’t seen in years. The secondary is so stout that we get plenty of coverage sacks and force lots of turnovers. Oh, and Johnny H. has at least one fake punt throw for a TD.

I hope they sign Cam and start him week 1. His shoulder is done - Horn, Chinn and others would feast on him all day.

I love Zane, but he outkicked his career avg by a long shot last year . I hope it’s not a fluke and he continues to kick well. But he’s the only real candidate I could find here since the entire team kinda sucked last year lol

Brown played the last 2 weeks. He simply wasn’t conditioned for the NFL early in the season and we all know that. The decision to wait to put him in as a starter was the right one. we are talking about a depth piece here, not a starter. Brown has far more upside and should be better conditioned by now.
