I want to see several games where he plays like the first drive in each half.

Sad Hubbard will have more rushing yards than Young will have passing.

Bryce's continual problem is he can't or won't throw deep. Teams play the short passing lanes and Bryce becomes ineffective.

Aren't we bye next week. I think that gives him a couple of extra days to get fully ready.

We have no idea how Brooks is going to play. I think he has a very high ceiling but we have no idea about his durability. If he were to get hurt again we're scrambling to find an running back. Hubbard is not on a massive deal. We haven't won too many games but how many times has Sanders come in and ruined a drive. We need two good running backs. Canales has said several times we want to be a running team, why have one back and run him into the ground. We've got 2 good RB that can spell each other and keep them fresh. It will be nice when we are trying to run the clock down for a win.

I'll say this to the whiners about Brooks and Chubba. I'd rather have anybody other than Sanders backing up Brooks or Chubba. If we are going to be a run dominant team we need two strong backs. Makes perfect sense.

It's a fair deal and shows why we didn't trade him. Johnson wasn't going to be here next year but it looks like Chubba wants to be here. Probably could have gotten more as a free agent Might be interesting if they have a couple of plays with both of them in the back field.

Actually Fitterer resigned Thomas. Luvu didn't want to be here. Defensive free agents were supposed to compliment Brown. Johnson wasn't going to be here in 2025 and we aren't going to the playoffs so why not get some value.

Morgan is doing fine. There isn't a GM in this league that has hit on every player drafted or signed. Free Agency Offensively our signing are good. Addressed the line. Defensively not so good but I believe that these players were added to complement Brown. Without Brown they are subpar. Many have said before. We have to give him time. I liks his approach. Draft Top 4 picks can be core players along with Coker.

We got NYG next week which is the only game we have a chance of winning for the rest of the season.

Did he play better? Yes Enough to give him another start. Enough to change my mind? No He had one decent drive and a short field drive. Glad we won especially against the Saints but we need to see weekly improvement before we jump back on the Young bandwagon.

That will be the only way S. Sanders plays for Carolina. Deion has already said he will pull an Eli Manning if Carolina or Cleveland drafts him.

We can't fire Canales or Morgan this year, we just can't. I personally don't think they are the problem. Our QB play is weak at best. Dalton is our best option to win but he's not the answer. IMO Morgan did well offensively in free agency. Defensively the free agents were supposed to compliment Brown. Without Brown they are average moves. Draft and Free Agency. Aside of Brooks, who hopefully plays soon, I think we hit on most of our draft choices especially the top 4 picks. Hopefully Coker continues to be a stolen Gem. Bottom line is we have to give them another season or two to get this team on track. Hiring and firing GMs and Head Coaches are only going to put us further down.

My take He can't stretch the field. No defense has respect for that. They play the run and the short passing game without much fear of him going deep. If he does go deep his passes are 50/50 balls without much accuracy. He escaped the pocket a couple of times but mostly when he gets hit, he's going down. I was hoping he would be better but mainly he's a college QB that can't handle the NFL.

Rather stick with someone who is already in place than to have Winston. We're in need of a lot of defensive help. Take Edge round 1 and maybe if an upside QB falls to round 2 we take one. I don't see any QB on this list, that isn't already on our roster, that will improve us.

He's a 21 year old rookie. If we can give Thomas damn near a decade of playing time we might want to give the kid a chance before we jettision him.

I'd pass on Winston. He's a turnover machine. I'd rather stick with Dalton.
