I feel like we might have seen Freddie Andersen's last game as a Hurricane.

And he's stubborn. Playing Morrow yet again despite him struggling mightily is just inexcusable.

Man it’s not even about losing to the Panthers again, it’s how they are losing that makes me think a coaching change is needed. Florida is physical, got into the player’s heads, and it’s the coach’s job to get his players ready to play. Brindamour has failed miserably in the Conference Championship 3 times now. The Hurricanes look like they don’t even belong in the playoffs let alone in the conference championship game. If these games were close like in 2023 we’d be frustrated but not embarrassed and that’s the difference in a coach keeping or losing their job.

If they lost a close 7 game series to the Panthers no one would be saying this but they are getting absolutely DOG DICKED on their home ice. They are getting swept again and I don't know how long they can keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Brindamour isn't going to bring them a championship when every year they fall apart when the games matter most.

The refs have realized the canes are dunzo and don’t give a F. Canes completely outclassed in every way in this series and brindamour needs to be held accountable. They might not even score another goal in the series

I wasn’t on board with firing brindamour. But when you get to this stage and you can’t take that next step year after year and you get swept yet again in the championship round, it might be time to replace him.

Morrow was awful, I don’t understand the logic of starting a guy in his first playoff game in the conference finals when Nikishin played well in the game before. But there were bigger problems too, not capitalizing on good scoring chances. They need to beat Bobrovsky early to get some confidence.
