Tmz just confirmed the fight has been agreed to.

I was watching highlights of Prince Hasseem the other day. LOL that guy was a trip.

This fight is supposed to bring in 300+ million which would shatter every imaginable record. The contrast in Heavyweights vs. the Welterweights is the speed and stamina v. the brute strength. I love both fighters as a boxing fan and this is hard to take sides. Pacquiao was in Miami as a judge for the Miss Universe contest. What Floyd was doing there I don't know but he does have a residence there. Plus he is almost at every Laker home game.

There was over 126 million viewers last year so what better way to market the fight. TR and TMT are all about the $$$ so this would be a no brainer. Although, it can be argued that this is a fight that does not even need any marketing given the star power alone. I believe that Floyd is the best boxer in the business however Manny is a fighter that will definitely be his toughest fight. This fight is better late than never. So, any boxing fans out there?

Despite the average w/l record for Hamels last year, he actually had his best season in terms of WAR. Hamels just turned 30 so who knows how we will perform going forward. He was never the ace on his team like Halladay or Lee was so perhaps all he may be is a #3-#4. If I were to make a trade for a pitcher, I would like to go for Tim Lincecum. I really do believe that he still has something left in the tank and he just needs a mental reset. He has all the skills and perhaps a move down the state will help him get back to his Cy Young days.

It's the freaking Dodgers. I think friedman and zaidi will pull something out of their butts and get a high quality player. At first I was all for Tulowitzki but with Rollins on the team that went out the window. IT would have been nice to have landed Cespedes from Boston. Imagine Puig and Cespedes in the same outfield that would be awesome.

That and a lot of people aren't use to his sense of humor. I personally don't get offended by his humor.

Looks like the Dodgers have Cole Hamels in their scope. I like Hamels but not to replace Greinke.

The plan was if they did get Lester, Greinke would have been available in a trade. I would think that Lester and Greinke are similar players so I don't see the point.

By the end of the year, expect 2 of our OF to be dealt. Ethier's trade was barely nixed to Arizona and there is a lot of interest on Kemp. I would not be opposed to trading anyone outside of the wild horse.
