At this point I think he is being severely underrated. He set the rookie td record. Took over a garbage franchise and took them to the playoffs on his rookie deal. I like his fire. I’d be pissed if I played hurt and they pulled the Watson stuff too. He’s not gonna cost much. Take the LT, give up next to nothing for Mayfield, and see how big that chip is on his shoulder. Oh, and ship Robby somewhere else and TMJ can slide into #2.

I think its too far to go at him about stuff like this. Sure he hasn't had a good two years but this and attacking his character seems a bit much. He's still a person, probably a good one. NFL is hard.

The main reason I wanted Rhule gone. If we had a new HC, I could see Fitt being patient and taking the LT. Stroud or Young are so enticing next year. Instead, I worry a lame duck head coach forces a hand into taking someone who may not be the guy. Perfect world, we take one of the top 3 LT, throw Darnold out there, and get set for a new regime in 2023.

So 5 more a year than Donte.
