Intangibles, football IQ, and NFL championship leadership are what's important to me to fill out the core of players to build around. Yes, there are more physically talented players, but this team needs leaders who can win, bring discipline and make game changing impact.

Has Rhule been GASLIGHTING his entire career? I think it just caught up to him

It is clear to the fans that most of Rhule's players are playing for a pay day and will be gladly leaving the Carolina Panthers. They have been doing it since midseason, and Rhule has allowed it while not holding any of them accountable for not being team players.

Fans Boo because you lose games, you lose them, you lose their money, you lose your career. Because you LOSE You get paid to WIN. So WIN! When performers in any industry put out a poo product they get booed by the market and go BANKRUPT regardless of how much they cashed in when they GASLIGHTED their customers. Any industry!!! Go ask your boss David Tepper. It is exactly how he made his money by capitalizing off of poo product companies and collecting on debt when their customers/clients left them for dead. Robby Anderson begins to sound like an entitled athlete and definitely not a leader or a champion mindset. He has been brought up by Rhule most of his athletic life... so what would you expect? Robby Anderson is a product of Rhule's athletic development and leadership. They stole our time and our money as FANS who hope and pay for this poo product that we all know is the worst in franchise history. Anything connected to Rhule must go and that includes Robby. Robby is an example of Rhule's loser mentality imprinting on his athletes. We've all been robbed by ROBBY. Fans don't want fake professional athletes posing as competitors and championship contenders. These athletes get replaced by capable athletes with better potential and desire. If you are not going to win the fans and make your way toward the ring of honor, then get the hell out. This team belongs to the fans, and not athletes like Robby Anderson. Earn your money. I'm positive there is a more capable and championship minded receiver making less than you or working harder than you on a practice squad that will gladly earn his respect and money as they push you out of the league.

Let's go! To be contenders we are just 1 top draft pick away... +1 more +1 more +1 more +1 more +1 more ... ok we are only 6 top draft picks away. That shouldn't take too long giving away all out draft capital for failed or used up 1st round picks from the past, right?

Has no one updated Tepper that it is now a 9-8 league? And Rhule is not even an 8-9 coach. You have to hope really hard to see him as an 8-9 coach. The man is a 6-11 coach who may break into the 9-8 ranks in 3 or 4 more seasons of losing.

In this modern NFL, you have to build around a core of 9 (5 offense and 4 defense). So, do we have 9 players to build around that can lead and be a threat with the run and the pass? I believe CMC, Cam, Abdullah, and Christensen LT can be built around. Use CMC and Abdullah as receiving targets. Shaq OLB and Chinn SS on defense. Draft Devin Lloyd MLB and Tyler Linderbaum C to be franchise anchors/leaders. Draft John Ridgeway NT to plug the middle and develop into a DL leader to build the run stopping game around. I've been watching Ridgeway since he was at Illinois St. Looks like he may rise up the draft boards after his Senior Bowl game. Ridgeway can unlock Brown's potential. Draft Leddie Brown RB and Zach Tom OL as key rookie compliments. (All 5 of these players will be immediate impacts coming out of the draft imo. A few of them have been overlooked, but I would not be shocked to see any of them rocket up draft boards) Sign David Njoku TE to build around. Add Jesse James TE for a 3 TE rotation with Tremble. Bring back Trai Turner G. Look for a QB with the X-Factor to groom behind Newton (I'm looking closely at Aqeel Glass for 2022). Could be this year or in the next couple seasons. No rush to find them and does not matter where you find them (top 3 rounds, 6th round or on the street). A vet much better than Cam would have to come free to make a significant improvement. OL Would be Christensen, Turner, Linderbaum, Tom, and Moton. Yeah. I know the front office has traded away the future of the team in draft picks. Fitt needs to correct his mistakes and trade down and accumulate draft picks using any of the players of value I have not mentioned. Could get 2 late 1st round picks, 2 second round picks, and 2 to 3 3rd and 4th round picks if he is as good at trading/dealing as some believe he is. We will see. Taking teams overvalued players in season is one thing, selling overvalued players for draft capital and trading up to accumulate picks in the draft is pro level GM. Most importantly... get rid of Rhule! I don't get my way though. If I did, we'd have Beane and McDermott running the team. Carson Wentz (trade), CMC (draft), Jonathan Taylor (draft), Stefon Diggs (draft), Jarvis Landry (draft), Hunter Henry (draft), and Corey Linsley (draft) would anchor/lead the offense. Shaq (draft), Eric Kendricks (draft), Tyrann Mathieu (draft), Eddie Jackson (draft), Osa Odighizuwa (draft) would anchor/lead the defense. (All players I wanted to be drafted with the ability to lead at the NFL level) My wish list, and I doubt it will ever happen.

If Rhule is fired this season, then I will look at the season as a success

Sam Darnold can't even look good in garbage time against a 2nd team defense playing a soft zone play after play.

Rhule was just focused on trying to make Darnold look like the clear #1 QB. He clearly failed at that too as a HC.
