Agreed. You're going to have guys teeing off on dudes soon if you don’t blow the whistle on plays like that
-
Lots of points being scored this weekend Which is why we need someone like Johnson
-
Good lord these skill position players are letting down Thompson BIG TIME
-
how Herbert is seemingly getting a pass last night blows my mind. Guy missed a few lay up throws with one of them being a TD It was 27-0. Takes a lot more than just bad coaching to blow a lead like that

Remember when RG3 “put a brace on it”? How’d that work out for him? You don’t F around when it comes to your knees. Especially when his next dollar isn’t guaranteed at this point. I don’t blame Lamar one bit. Good for him.

Would love to see what Ben Johnson could do with a mobile QB like Lamar. If he can make a sub par statue in Goff look good…

X is getting cooked early

Tepper enamored with Ben Johnson per Person

It’s Johnson or bust for me. I’ve wanted Ben since about halfway through the season. Ben made Goff’s life easy. Ben gives you the best chance at solving the QB position imo -
I’m thinking Baltimore goes the non-exclusive tag route with Lamar

That was awesome. Good for Jax. Sean Payton will be coaching the Chargers next year
-
CJ was Rhule CJ was on our short list draft night. When he became available Rhule wanted him
-
Lol no but ok. found it

Which pick was it that the Niners added to make Fitterer accept their deal and not the Rams?
-
Minus a couple of games the kid hasn’t played football in 3 years… Combine that with the fact he’s still raw, Trey has a massive uphill battle to turn his career around

There aren’t many good ones these days

What makes Scott “common sense smart”? Common sense would have been to not pick up Sam’s 5th year option and let him play out the year. If they absolutely needed to they could’ve tagged him which would’ve costed more but a lot less risky of a gamble

So which QB do we think will be available at #9?
*FreeFua* replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Will Levis is a souped up Baker Mayfield -
Route running is everything and Smith-Njigba will put guys in a blender while running a 5 yard out Moore, Smith-Njigba and Marshall give you 3 guys with different skill sets
-
Smith-Njigba is my dude. Olave was my favorite WR last year and I think Jaxon is better than Olave. Let me be very clear. I would sell the farm to get a QB whether it be via trade or draft I don’t care. So the thought of using pick 9 on anything other than a QB hurts to talk about. But if for whatever reason we end up on the clock at 9 without a QB to pick from, Smith-Njigba is my WR1
-
Yeah it’s a no brainer for them
-
Yep so have I and that’s the difference. They’re restructuring guys who are contributing to their team. Where as we’re constantly sitting on piles of dead money thanks to people like Matt Kalil, Teddy and now CMC and Robby. As much as the cap is a “myth” it does still exist. The Saints practically gave CGJ away because there was just no way they were going to be able to pay him. This offseason will either make or break us for the next couple of seasons Unless someone like Brady or Rodgers is coming here I’m not sacrificing too much future cap space. I let my rookie QB and new coach get their feet wet next season and then come 2024 I get aggressive

Tepper clearly wants to change the Panthers identity

Well the Tampa loss came soon after the “protect the bank” week loss against Pittsburgh Didn’t seem like they remembered much. And core pieces like Burns and Brown who have been most vocal about Wilks showed up the least in Tampa
