    I don't know if I'd call it regressing. Took him out of the position he was excelling in. Opposing offenses couldn't stop him, so Rhule did. Typical Panthers move and then it all turned to poo.

    Always thought he deserved DROY over Chase. Hate we could never find a place in the defense after his rookie year.

    Not really. Most NFL QBs are looking around helmets. Bryce is looking around shoulders. That's quite the difference in view that's blocked. How much it affects him is hard to be certain, but it's not ridiculous to think that a 6'3" QB can see more of the field than a 5'9" QB.

    Teams perennially picking in the top 10 tend to make stupid moves on a regular basis. Since Tepper took over, we've taken making stupid moves to Jedi level.

    I don't think it will be as hard to evaluate him. The easiest thing to look at is has he worked on his atrocious footwork during the offseason. If he hasn't or it's been a minimal improvement, I think that will tell us a lot going forward.
