Did you here the interview... Tepper was done with Teddy before the end of the season.. No amount of patience was going to make Tepper want Teddy on this team. If he had gotten his way Fields would be in the Zach Wilson situation the starter from TC with maybe a old retred as a Backup.. But Teddy was gone before the season ended.. And we heard it all offseason in the way Tep talked about him...

Year 2 of a rebuilding team and ppl here let 3 wins fool them that we aren't still that team... We are still a rebuilding team... I don't know why expectations jumped up so High..

Yes it is.. Example Hornets.. They could have paid Kemba stay stagnant as the "almost making playoff team".. But no they let him go sucked for a few years got Lucky in the draft made the pick for a risky star talented player.. Instead of drafting the safe player (like they always did) and look at them now..

Cool .. I'd rather not watch mediocre football and stay stagnant in the 6-11 , 7-10 and 8-9 range... Either be really bad and get better assets or swing for the fence and Hopefully get lucky and be good.. My opinion

I'm even cool with that.. The effort to try and get better even thoe it didn't work is better then being stagnant.. Imo The compensation isn't going to kill us anyway and way better then 2 or 3 1st round pick and it doesn't work..

Cool but that didn't happen.. There plan didn't work alot of things have happened to effect that... If Cmc is healthy this is a different situation.. If the WR's play at the level we thought they would maybe this is a different discussion... But reality is they gambled and their losing... You still won't convince me that is was a completely stupid plan and with some luck it wouldn't have worked...

Because it's a mistake due to the results as of now... You have your opinion I'll have mine.. I will never fault the attempt at not being mediocre... A 2nd 4th and 6th round pick isn't great risk to me... You can still build a team missing one year of a 2nd 4th and 6th round pick... We just traded a 2nd round pick after 2 years and nobody was crying like it destroyed the team... I'm sorry but agree to disagree.. Sometimes you gamble and lose.. It happens..

You were okay with trading 2 for a older Qb.. So now 1 more for a 9 year younger 1 is a problem.. huh??

You gave up a 2nd 4th and 6th round pick.. The latter 2 have been replaced already.. You didn't give up 3 1st round picks up... You can still build a team without 1 years 2nd round pick... Reality check with this teams history we've been playing without quality 2nd round picks for YEARS!!!

There were reports that other teams were interested in Darnold as well. And if a bidding against myself only loses a 2nd round pick I'm cool with that...
