I like the concept, just not crazy about the execution I guess. Wolfpack Stormy has been around at least a few seasons. I seem to remember it more on kids stuff in the past, but I do like him. I was looking forward to the away update, but I have the same feeling about these as I did the Canes away sweaters. Oh well.

Saw this posted by the Hurricanes on social media, and thought immediately a seat by Martinook would be a hoot. I’m picking seat 4. Sorry, this waiting for the season to start is killing me, haha!

So I'm seeing some chatter on social media that the Canes will have new away sweaters this season. Anyone else heard anything on this, or is it just social media hokum?

Man I hope not. Bristol is like 4.5 hours away from Nashville, but there’s literally nothing there but a speedway. I just don’t see Nashville/Carolina having the same draw there as the Braves.

Too bad every owner can’t be Jesse Cole. He’s actively working to address ticket resale of Bananas tickets; in like trying to eliminate it and if I were a betting man I’d say he’ll figure it out. It seems like a simple fix to limit the resale value to face value if they wanted to do so. I guess they like their transaction fees too much. i stopped going to fanfest when they started assigning seats.

Another article released this morning by the hockey news talked about us being in on Karlsson. I think Seravalli said it would cost us Chatty (no thanks) or Walker (we had a good run Sean).

The Wild say they’re gonna match any offer. I don’t know what the deal would have to look like to keep them from matching, but I would suspect it would be steep.
