  1. Dalton would at least make our offense watchable. We’d still suck and it wouldn’t jeopardize the tank. Bryce should’ve played his last snap for us
  2. It's not personal satisfaction because I don't like him. It's sending a message to every player, coach, etc. that if you perform like absolute poo consistently you will lose your job, period, end of story no excuses and no draft pick pedigree, etc. will save it. The fact that we went into this season with Bryce being plan A, B and C at the most important position on the team says it all about the culture of this team currently. Need a HARD reset, ASAP. But Morgan and Canales won't be the ones to do that.
  3. Honestly, I would send a message to the team and organization and set the tone for the culture going forward by straight up releasing him. Wouldn't even bother trying to find a trade partner.
  4. A few critical distincitons here though... 1. League average completion percentage has gone up significantly since Cam's earlier and prime years in the league. NFL Season By Season Passing | Pro-Football-Reference.com 2. Cam's average depth of target and YPA before his shoulder issues were like twice what Bryce's are which results in lower completion percentage and makes it less important...
  5. ehh, they were definitely half the reason. If our offense was putting up point the Jags could've easily put up considerably more against our D than they did. They moved the ball at will against us and converted 3rd/4th downs with ease. Hell, how many of their scoring drives did they get 1st downs after having 20+ yards to go, sometimes even multiple times in the same drive. D was terrible today, not just "not great."
  6. Do you really believe Canales has full control over his staff? I highly highly doubt that Tepper isn't the one making that call.
  7. Pickles was better in a less friendly league environment for QBs.
  8. Scot, I generally respect and agree with your measured responses. But we've seen this kid play 31 games now across 3 seasons and today he still made awful decision after awful decision and awful throw after awful throw, and still shows zero flashes of anything even remotely resembling a potential franchise QB. How can anyone think that this experiment isn't 100% over by now? And to be clear, I'm speaking more about internal team building, not as in we need to cut/trade him now and start Dalton. We have no other options and the team has too many holes to not consider just tanking so I'm fine starting Bryce all year to continue the tank. But we went into this past offseason with Bryce as the only plan and option at QB; at this point the decision needs to be made that he can't even be in the plans for next year, not even a plan C. Front office needs to have a meeting after this game and make the decision that Bryce is done here after this year and immediately begin planning for the future at QB.
  9. lol the Jags are terrible too. If not for a few atrocious plays by Bryce this could be a 3 point game right now
  10. Tepper sure knows how to pick them. Canales is worse than Rhule was, man.
  11. Let’s get voting on this formally people. In my eyes it’s 100% over. He looks as bad today as he ever did his rookie year. Just a terrible terrible football player.
  12. How anyone who has watched this team the past 2+ years isn’t a Bryce “hater” at this point boggles my mind. He’s not only not an NFL starter (low bar for 1st overall pick), I think it’s quite obvious he’s not even 3rd string caliber. Kyle Allen was better.
  13. 6/10 for 29 yards… even aside from the pick that is atrocious, but more of the same from Bryce
  14. Morgan would be my guess. Can’t fathom that we would even consider interviewing anyone on Fitterer’s staff let alone hiring his right hand man
  15. Nothing officially estimated but saw something that based on the radar could be an hour or two…
