  1. There was no name calling. We have three years to bill a contender around Cam. Don't get your under garments in a wad. It's been 6 hours of free agency. The draft is yet to come. Even by the chance we DON'T upgrade our #2 receiver, it won't be the end of the world. This year isn't supposed to be our year, but next year we will have a great deal of cap space. Cam can be franchised twice if he doesn't want to sign. So why would he elect to leave? It just seems so simple to me, I'm just not sure how you're not seeing the big picture. A team can't always be in "now" mode. Remember when Gettleman said it was a three year plan? I hope you know that a brighter day is coming, just don't expect it to be tomorrow.
  2. I'm not saying that tarheel is dumb, but I don't share his opinion that he claims is the truth. Which is not. Cam isn't leaving, and in the very slight chance that he does, it won't be until 2018. He isn't walking out without a fight. The draft hasn't even happened. Free agency just started 5 hours ago. Back off from the ledge. Boykin hasn't signed here yet, and if he does, he will fight for a roster spot. He isn't a replacement. Those of you clamoring for moves to be made, just wait until next year. We will have cap space. We will make a few more moves. It's just pretty much impossible to sign 16 guys this year. If ever.
  3. The Saints are very smart doing this move. Clears cap later, allows them an extra pick to retool, and speeds up the rebuilding process that we all know they're going through. Bad news for the Panthers on both sides. I would rather see Graham on a team that won't win anything.
  4. I would love to know what you two think of Jaelen Strong.
  5. I don't like Bersin either, but nothing is wrong with him competing for a spot come Summer. There's no guarantee he makes it.
  6. I guarantee a certain guy named Watt helped with a lot of that dudes stats.
  7. I'm not so sure. The coaches and players really seem to like Roman Harper. We fans can see the plays he misses, but we can't tell all of the right he does by getting our young guys in position and being a vocal leader. Harper may be our stop gap for one more year.
  8. Crabtree and Watkins make a pretty good duo. Throw in Woods and that's a good group.
  9. That's the stupidest thing that I've ever heard.
