There was no name calling. We have three years to bill a contender around Cam. Don't get your under garments in a wad. It's been 6 hours of free agency. The draft is yet to come. Even by the chance we DON'T upgrade our #2 receiver, it won't be the end of the world. This year isn't supposed to be our year, but next year we will have a great deal of cap space. Cam can be franchised twice if he doesn't want to sign. So why would he elect to leave? It just seems so simple to me, I'm just not sure how you're not seeing the big picture. A team can't always be in "now" mode. Remember when Gettleman said it was a three year plan? I hope you know that a brighter day is coming, just don't expect it to be tomorrow.

The Saints are very smart doing this move. Clears cap later, allows them an extra pick to retool, and speeds up the rebuilding process that we all know they're going through. Bad news for the Panthers on both sides. I would rather see Graham on a team that won't win anything.

I'm not so sure. The coaches and players really seem to like Roman Harper. We fans can see the plays he misses, but we can't tell all of the right he does by getting our young guys in position and being a vocal leader. Harper may be our stop gap for one more year.
