Agree with everything you’re saying- I just (wishfully, perhaps) hear a different tone from this front office. Rhule/Fitt/Reich constantly name dropped “Mr Tepper” in just about any answer about “coming to a decision”; it was like it was engraved in their brain about Tepper being involved in an extension or free agency strategy etc. We will see some draft time, but for now- it’s a positive and signals what we began to see last season as far as Tepper letting his football staff do, idk, their job.

One thing I’ve noticed lately is there is no mention whatsoever of Tepper or getting his buy-in when it comes to decision making or anything - contracts, etc. so, that’s something
