  1. I have looked at the express systems and am leaning right now toward the ispring setup with the 110 volt booster pump. I am on a well and my water pressure fluctuates to below 35 psi at times. I like the Apec systems as well but am having trouble figuring out how they justify the price premium over either the express or ispring set ups. It does look like installation is pretty simple and I've done a fair amount of plumbing over the years so that doesnt bother me in the least. I have been doing a fair amount of reading and the RO systems are about the best way to reduce or eliminate PFOA/PFAS contaminants in drinking water. and those chemicals unfortunately seems to be about everywhere these days, especially if you reside somewhere in the Cape Fear River basin.
  2. Congrats on the new film Phil - keep living those dreams !
  3. I have been distilling my drinking water for years - it is about time to replace the unit and I think I want to change to reverse osmosis. Does anyone have any advice on at home RO systems?
  4. Saw some birds on my place today I don't think I've seen before. I believe they are wood storks
  5. Dan Snyder. One of the United States most wealthy movers and shakers.
  6. The allegations that have been made against Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder in recent months are disturbing and strange. However, a new anecdote revealed in the testimony given during this week’s House Committee on Oversight & Reform hearing adds a strange and petty new wrinkle. One of the people that the Oversight Committee spoke with as part of their investigation into sexual harassment and other allegations was former chief operating officer David Pauken. Pauken testified about various transgressions, but one incident, in particular, caught people’s eye on Thursday. “According to Pauken’s testimony, Snyder had an employee secretly pour milk on the floor in Washington Nationals owner Mark Lerner’s FedEx Field suite so that it would smell sour when he came to games because Snyder was allegedly upset over a deal between the two,” wrote The Athletic’s Dan Standig. There’s petty and then there’s making an employee pour sour milk on the carpet of a suite. While this might be a pretty wild and disturbing thing for someone to do, many people around the NFL world reacted by saying they’re not surprised that Snyder would do something like that, especially given everything we already know about him. 7. Don't forget all the poo Robert kraft and the Pats have been caught doing with nothing but slaps on the wrist as punishment
  8. I guess a trip to a legal recreational use state is probably in order for some folks.
  9. No offense intended but Siragusa, at least as a sideline reporter, was the picture of multiple preventable diseases due to his obesity. This ought to be used as a cautionary tale for us older guys who are carrying a few or more extra pounds.
  10. I've done my own research and it's weird but no one under 39 years of age died before the near meltdown at three mile island. EVER!
  11. I just hope they aren't doctoring weed with it. I could tell you some stories about weed and PCP
  12. Republicans look like they are covering up something for Goodell and Snyder.
  13. They are going to issue a subpoena for Snyder to testify. If he does Goodell might go down with him. Goodell saying now that Snyder was held accountable. LMAO
  14. LOL - Pubs have some kook blaming the NFL fiascos on Joe Biden and the Democrats in the hearings.
