  1. lolololol please. If you think Drake Maye is overrated, go have your brain checked.. you’re an idiot
  2. I agree with the watching the team grow..It’s one game. One preseason game, and everyone wants to draw conclusions and predict the future. I’m not saying it’s gonna be a winning or losing season, I’m just along for the ride. The journey is the fun part. Let it play out with no expectations
  3. It’s all just an opinion until they start to play
  4. Me either man. I think they’re not gonna score quite as much with Chip Lindsey as the new OC; they will run the ball more and the T.O.P game; which I don’t mind, it gives the porous defense a chance to rest. I’m not sold on Gene Chizik. He either gets it done this year, or he’s out imo.
  5. Me too. That hurt soooooo bad. Not sure I’ll ever get over not winning that Super Bowl with the crop of guys we had
  6. Exactly. Injuries happen to anyone at almost any time. If you like the prospect, then take the chance on him period. IMHO, at least
  7. I want to see how Maye does with a new OC and receivers. I’m a huge Drake Maye fan. If he continues on like he did to begin last year, he will up there in the conversation with Caleb Williams for 1st QB drafted when it’s all said and done. Granted, I do like Maye as a prospect more so than Caleb. The body of work is just too small for Maye to say for certain
  8. We took a 6’5 250lb megatron back in 2011. Where is he at now? Oh yeah, not playing; And Cam is my favorite QB in the world. So why not give this guy a shot? Injuries are unpredictable and can happen to anyone. Bryce is smart, with a good head on his shoulders. I think he will adjust like he’s always done. I’d rather try and fail than see Bryce tearing it up in someone else’s jersey every Sunday. You can’t knock the ball out of the park if you never take a big swing.
  9. He’s done a pretty good job of it his entire life. I don’t think lineman are gonna be any taller in the nfl than in college. He’s already adjusted for his height; Now he just needs to get used to the speed of the game at the pro level, and I think he will be fine.
  10. You guys crack me up. I barely 6’0 180 with shoes on.. but my arm is strong enough to make every throw needed to make in the NFL. I would bet on myself. I’m a southpaw with a cannon. Gimme a true gamer and a leader vs 3-4 inches.. Give the kid the benefit of the doubt. There are anomalies. I’ll be happy with whoever gets drafted. 9/10 times it will not go the way you want it to. That’s part of being a fan. Should be used to it by now
  11. I had so much fun watching him last year. Really stinks they can’t get to that 10 win hump. That Downs drop in the corner of the end zone was difficult to watch. I really hope Drake plays even better this season. He is like a point guard at the QB position but with a solid frame and some height on him. Didn’t expect anything like that from him right away; Really blew me away with how calm he is and just how well he sees the field and processes everything. Throws a gorgeous ball to boot. Cmon September!
  12. Ohio State QBs are cursed. Until one proves me otherwise, gotta go with Young.
  13. Kidding, obviously. I just have a man crush on Drake Maye. It will be interesting to see how he does with a new OC and receivers
  14. Forgot for a sec.. dang. Jumped the gun. Trade with someone lol
  15. Cam is 6’5 250 and is currently not playing anymore(due to injury). Trey Lance.. pretty big guy- hasn’t played due to injury. Injuries are part of the game and crap happens. I personally don’t think size and frequency of injury are correlated in any way at all. Young is the better prospect. You take the chance on a kid who’s proved ppl wrong his entire career. Just my opinion though
  16. Cam was a 6’5 250 lab-generated robot that broke down and didn’t last as long as anticipated(granted he was ran into the ground).. I really think they’re overplaying this whole size thing and ppl in Car’s clubhouse really don’t view it as much of an issue as the media and analysts are making it out to be. To miss out on potentially a franchise-steadying leader and QB for your team because you feared injury would really really suck; Especially if the other guy you took isn’t panning out. Plenty of jobs on the line. You only get one shot. You take a shot on the kid, or whoever you feel is the better prospect to lead the team because of talent, heart and mind. Fear of injury shouldn’t even be in the conversation when it finally comes time to make the pick. I personally like both prospects and have flipped back and forth more than once. I’d honestly be excited for either
  17. I love prime time games, but man I can’t stand Thursday games.
