yes one could argue well the GM is bad because of the bad owner or the Qb is bad because of the bad coach or the coach is bad because of the bad GM or the whole team just sucks because of a bad owner & on & on & on back & forth & back & forth again & again once again. & the reality to it all that back & forth is that the Panthers missed the playoffs by one game with an interim head coach in 22' prior to drafting Bryce Young in 23' .& it went from just a Qb away in 23' to the worse record in the NFL in 23' to the worse defense in NFL history in 24' to now the least talented team in the entire NFL in 25' & a team that will soon be 1-4 & so that tells me there is a much greater overall problem than just yes a bad Qb & i also more importantly see a pattern there unfortunately we cannot fire the owner & can only hope that we can hire a more competent better GM that can properly advise the owner in his descion making process not taking up for David Tepper & saying you are wrong but at the same time i don't think Tepper has done himself any favors by surrounding himself with people like Fitterer & Morgan for advice ...just saying

i honestly think Dan Morgan is the biggest problem on this team right now & it's pretty obvious for anyone who doesn't have blinders on to see Dan Morgan is responsible for hiring Dave Canales & moreover without Dan Morgan then Canales is more than likely not a Panthers HC right now. Dan Morgan is responsible for not having the ability to truly evaluate Bryce Young after 2 seasons & recongize the need to bring in an actual plan B at Qb .Dan Morgan has wasted multiple high round picks in the draft on busts or injured players. Dan Morgan was assistant GM to Scott Fitterer. Dan Morgan gutted the defense of talent in 24' for money which he in turn spent in large part on the oLine & by doing so it played a major factor in the Panthers having the worse defense in NFL history last season / 24' . Dan Morgan currently has the least talented team in the NFL 25' i could go on & oʻj but simply put Dan Morgan is incompetent at his job & let me say this about Dan Morgan he is a super nice guy & I do not mean this in any type of mean way whatsoever or to hurt anyone's feelings .it's just simply put not the right job for Dan Morgan...just saying

if we were going to take a flyer on a late round Qb then we should already have done by now as a plan B for Bryce Young .that's just another good example of how poorly this team has been mismanaged by our GM...just saying

well the thing is with Canales he has a limited number of concepts using the same personnel groups & as the game wears on he often struggles to make the necessary in game adjustments to disguise what he is doing on offense ..just saying

Canales still has not figured out that a good play caller is about being unpredictable when the defense thinks pass u run u run when they think pass this is playcalling 101 the basics ...just saying

thats all Tepper really wants more than anything else is to be is right about the Qb he played a huge role in trading up to #1 overall & selecting in Bryce Young .& he obviously does not care how many seasons he has to waste in an attempt to prove that he was righ.so yes its more about being right than winning with Tepper & that's why I talk so much about his ego when I talk about Tepper however , the problem with the Panthers is much greater than just the Qb.the Panthers currently have assembled once again the least talented roster in the NFL & as a result have way more many issues than just Qb moving forward..just saying

i promise you can count him out.no other NFL team is going to start Bryce Young

i agree Teppers ego has turned a really bad situation into a catastrophe .& moreover as a result no one wants to work with or for an egomaniac like David Tepper who is heavily involved in the descion making & as long as this franchise is controlled by Teppers analytics & PFF fueled ego telling him that he is somehow right even when he is clearly wrong year after year .then yes this franchise will continually find themselves in the same or similar situations as they are currently in & possibly even worse. if nothing changes then nothing changes & the Panthers did not become the least talented team in the NFL by mistake. unforutantenly we cannot fire the owner & can only hope that David Tepper ego will allow him to truly step away from the descion making & hire possibly a better GM to replace Dan Morgan moving forward ...just saying

.why do the Panthers always seem to have such a difficult time properly evaluating talent ? if you have a player who has started since 2023 & in that time have amassed a mountain of film for reference & also seen on a regular basis in practice.then yes most defenitely going into year 3 you should have a pretty good idea of what you have in a player .if not, then being an NFL GM might not be your actual cup of tea i cant help but think about other teams in similar situations like the Colts w/ AR & Daniels or the 49ers w/ Trey Lance & Brock Purdy yes Bryce Young is a bust & water is wet period.however , my main concern moving forward is your going to asks this same GM to either draft a Qb or sign one in FA or make another trade.i sure hope not ..just saying

I don't think Canales is going anywhere anytime soon as long as Dan Morgan is GM & yes i agree Canales is a big part of the overall problem & has no business being an NFL head coach . however , how are you going to upgrade talent with the same person who assembled the least talented roster in the NFL ? this team needs to simply hire a new GM until then it's going to be much of the same even if you replace Canales & Bryce Young ...just saying

yes Andy Reid would not start Bryce Young at Qb Bryce Young will never see the field again as a starting Qb in the NFL once he departs / leaves Carolina i think some people forget BY will have to earn the starting job somewhere else.its not going to be the same situation as in Carolina where he is the starting Qb because of where he was drafted ...just saying my crystal ball is on point

i will start by saying that those young Atlanta pass rushers are really playing impressive early on & will put pressure on Bryce Young..Atlanta also has alot of talent on the offensive side of the ball at their skill positions & with a good young Qb at the helm in Carolina is Bryce Young going to play good or bad ?you more often than not get the bad version of Bryce Young & that's one of the main reasons Carolina has been so bad since his arrival in Carolina. Hubbard & Robinson will both get their fair share of yards on the ground I can see Carolina winning a close game at home & everyone in the media jumping back on the Bryce Young is great again bandwagon & overreacting after this loss Atlanta goes on a tear & finishes the season strong winning the NFCS or at least that's what my crystal ball says ...just saying

prior to Bryce Young being drafted #1 overall he was being compared to other NFL HOF Qbs Drew Bees Peyton Manning Patrick Mahomes does any of that make any sense right now ? if not , then thats a good example of why you should not compare players. when evaluating a player focus on just that one particular player the good & bad in order to get a true assessment

you are talking about all these other Qbs being somewhat successful & ignoring all the many more others who failed so it's not facts.facts will tell you the whole story good & bad. instead you are cherry picking in an attempt to prove a theory .in theory you believe as a result of these othe hand picked Qbs you aforementioned carrers that will somehow correlate to Bryce Young success as a NFL Qb in the future ?

the problem with hiring an established head coach with an impressive resume is that he is going to get his "his guy " at Qb .their carrers are on the line & have to much money to lose at stake . so of course they do not want to take on a failed project like fixing an undersized Qb such as Bryce Young simply put you want a better head coach you have to also get a better Qb ...just saying
