The incredibly sad part about the total yards stat is that we are dead last and the yardage difference between us and the 31st team (Tennessee) is 18 yards… the only bigger gap between teams occurs allllll the way at the very top where Buffalo (1st in total yards), out gains Detroit (2nd in total yards) by 29 yards… We’re not just bad… we flat out suck.

We’re going 82-0 until this team says otherwise!!!

Haven’t gone through all your posts yet but to my knowledge you haven’t used the biggest supporting factor that Taylor is an average coach at best…. Zac Taylor calls the offensive plays for the Bengals, their OC, Brian Callahan, only has “input”… So I’m in agreement with you, Taylor deserves a lot of the blame for the Bengals being in the bottom third of the league in total offense… there’s absolutely no excuse that anyone can make to justify why a team with Burrow, Mixon, Chase, Higgins, and Boyd are not ranked in the top five in total offense. One of my closest friends is a massive Bengals fan and has more to say on this subject, but the short version is that he thinks Zac Taylor is an average HC that is pulled along by an all-star group of offensive players.

I’d actually be okay with Stepan sitting a bit and going with Marty - Drury - Noesen. Stepan seems to get gassed a bit sometimes. In a perfect world I’d like to see: Noesen - Drury - Kase but I wouldn’t be totally shocked if Kase doesn’t play anymore if he was diagnosed with a concussion. I believe that would put him around 7 or so concussions and eventually it’s just not worth it.
