no matter how many weapons we throw at him, it wont change who he is. a physically limited , mediocre qb who struggles to pass for 200 yds. no team goes into playing the panthers and is looking to stop bryce young. The panthers gameplan is to minimize his involvement in the offense as well.

he takes that deep drop because he cant see. they have to use the skycam to see him in the huddle

i dont get it. when your qb is this limited is kills your offense. we talk about gameplanning, but you have to gameplan around a massive weakness in your offense. we are 10th in rushing , but 28th in passing and points i believe. points come out of the passing game. we will never be even a mediocre offense with bryce. i have the NFL Gamepass and when in watch the all 22 of other qbs it makes me sick to my stomach that our qbs throws dont look like theirs.

your asking a question about something that most people arent saying. i dont think anyone thinks that this game is solely his fault for losing. He just had his regular Bryce game of mediocrity and we couldnt overcome it. when your game plan is to limit the involvement of your qb you are cooked! we cant use him for hail marys or sneaks either.

whats crazy is that he got sacked 5 yards back from where he got the snap IN THE SHOTGUN!!

you know why. our offense is anemic at best. when your gameplan is to limit your own qbs involvement in the gameplan, you are screwed. Attacking the middle of the field requires being able to see over the line. Bryces inability to attack that level of the defense makes it hard to comeback or score quickly. Look at what tyler did to us at the end of the game. Does anyone here think that bryce could make those throws consistently? i dont. he doesnt have the arm strength or vision. he can throw moonballs to the outside and float them to the intermediate area.

lets just hope bryce doesnt do this today. in his third year

But lets be real. People love drama. noone will sit and watch a dry reading of stats and analysis. We the people created this. We drive the ratings and the clicks and views and then later act like we are above it all . These talking head shows have thier place. thats why they are entertainment, in fact sports is just entertainment also. we just take it more seriously than other things.

Troy aikmen mentioned on the broadcast because of his height , it was hard for him to see down the middle of the field and in the redzone get the ball down where a reciever can get under it because of the arm angle required. thats why that ball sailed in the endzone.

You know what killed it for me... That second sack. The defender just grabbed him by the collar barely and threw him down like he was a child misbehaving

They need to play ettiene more. Chuba is til toeing for some reason. It looks like he lost confidence or something

they said they ran to the edges . thats how you neutralize a dominant interior line. our lbs didnt set the edge or fill correctly. if we had a competent middle lb to line everyone up it wouldnt have been that bad

after looking at it, its no big deal. the mascot knocked his hat off and he smacked the helmet. if he was really trying to hurt him he could have. i think he almost stepped on his hat.

What I really noticed is how bad his footwork still is!!

i think the difference is that we win when we minimize Bryce as part of the offense ala Trent dilfer. look at the games we win and he us always under 200 yards passing.

I rewatched some of those games with Dalton and the difference is stark. The way the ball comes out of his hand compared to bryce is noticable. Especially on the out breaking routes

Because the online in the NFL can't give you 5 secs with no one even close to you that's the difference between college and the pros. The ball was still a lil under thrown

what really sent it home for me was when he stepped up in the pocket and try to throw it over the middle and hit the dline men in the face! His arm slot is so low it hits those dudes in the chest.
