You talking about other people being "in their feels" with the way you've been posting on here is pretty funny.

Agreed. Tepper did a good job of staying in the loop without butting in. Guessing he must have gotten bored by day three of the draft though because he doesn't seem to be there for any of those picks -
Being reported that someone has now offered a first round pick.

Wow Dude, you have lost it.

See Sgt. Schultz' post above for a much better take.

I thought he might be, but heck he wasn't discussed at all. -
I can think of a better word for what you're throwing.
-
Perfectly reasonable take...

Your first comment in this thread was to call people who are optimistic that he could be better "delusional". So who's trying to sound "superior" here? As mentioned, some of us are just open to the possibility that maybe he can be better.

Really cool video. Fun to watch the conversations with the guys they drafted, as well as the discussions about Darnold. Watching Rhule and Fitterer go back and forth about the picks was interesting too. Saw a lot of Matt Allen. I previously thought he might be on his way out, but it definitely doesn't look that way. He seems to be well respected in the organization. One thing you come away with from the pre-draft discussions: Justin Fields was never in play. Rhule lists the players that they liked at #8 and he's not one of them. Confirms Joe Person's report that our reported interest in him was just a smokescreen to fish for trade offers.- 229 replies

Sam Darnold talks about The Adjust To Charlotte And The Panthers

Thanks, "dude" -
Pretty much.

Yeah...that's a huge reach that you're using to try to fit a narrative.
-
The story is that the GM was looking to trade him, not that Anderson was looking to be traded. And heck, we're not even sure that story is true.

I'll be interested to see the context of the war room shot here. Guessing that was part of a trade negotiation. -

I think his results to date have been bad. That's a fair statement. Now, whether the problem was coaching, Darnold himself or the team around him is a matter of opinion. So is how he's going to perform from here. That, plus in general way too many people frame their opinions as "fact" and "truth" when they really are just opinions.
-
I can imagine.
-
That's fine. However, if his case is stupid, he can expect it to be treated as such.
-
There's a difference between framing an idea as something you hope for and framing it is a suggestion to the team. The team isn't taking suggestions from fans.
-
People's opinions are not "truths".
-
You do realize the Panthers aren't actually interested in your input, right? You can make a hundred more of these stupid threads on this board if you want and it's not going to make a damn bit of difference.
