  1. That's a real possibility too. The flipside of course is that it speaks to how much they like Young. I honestly don't doubt that if we wanted to, we could get something from them. The question is whether that "something' would be worth it. Not an easy question to answer
  2. When they get their news from the same sources we do. They're not football savants. What they excel at is making money, and frequently It's at the expense of people who don't know better. Odds are the last thing I look at when it comes to football.
  3. Damn shame. The combo of Williams and Mike Kaye has made for some of the best Panthers coverage I've seen. Thankful we still have Kaye on the beat.
  4. Don't know. I honestly haven't seen the print version of a lot of things in a while.
  5. Well, there's being brave and there's being wise. You don't like the way a lot of the Bryce Young fans are behaving on here. That's fine, but it lessens the impact when you do the same. Take it down a notch. It's better for all involved.
  6. Speaking for yourself is fine, but don't poke the bear. Rayzor has a job to do, and there are already plenty of a--holes who make that job harder. Don't be one of those guys.
  7. Conor Orr is a guy who's capable of writing some really good stuff. He also sometimes writes things that make me go "Wait, what?!" I guess you could call him a Brett Favre style writer.
  8. Link for those who want to read it... It's a good writeup.
  9. The Vegas oddsmakers predicted our next coach would be Jim Harbaugh...more than once.
  10. Robinson at 12 would be a hell of a story. Lotta people don't seem to think he makes it past the Eagles, but anything's possible.
  11. I'm worth much higher than a third round pick Oh wait...
  12. If I were to tune in on draft day and watch the team take Will Levis, I might have to stay off the internet for a few...decades
  13. I definitely believe they can. I also believe that even the smartest guys in the world can sometimes be wrong. Just have to hope they're not
  14. I don't really give a damn about odds. The people who make those don't have inside connections. The rest is all pretty much speculation. The team's done a pretty good job keeping a lid on leaks since the trade. I expect it'll be Young, but it past drafts have taught us anything, it's that you never know.
  15. Autocorrect is a tool that was birthed in the pits of he'll
  16. Heck, we've got people who were arguing for Matt Rhule that slunk away for a while after he was fired then sheepishly returned acting as if nothing happened. Such is The Huddle
  17. This might conceivably be a separate discussion, but re: the draft chart...
  18. It feels like there's one guy pre-draft who rises big then falls big on damn near an annual basis. Maybe this year that's Richardson.
