    Davis was in my thought process also (hence the Kiffin reference). Tepper has said that he's staying out of the decision making, but I can't imagine his ego has lessened any.

    It really is a different game, especially the level of speed and the complexity of the systems. At the college level, superior athleticism is enough. In the pros, everyone is a super athlete so other factors weigh in.
